My story is one that has taught me to appreciate every day in life because you never know what tomorrow will bring. I am passionate about wellness and fitness because it’s how I’ve found the strength to fight through tough times.

My goal is to motivate women to live their healthiest lives possible. I do this by helping women set individualized goals for themselves and work with them to overcome any obstacles along the way. I also want my clients to think about how they can incorporate healthy habits into their lives so they don’t have to rely on one-off workouts.

THE FEMALE PERSONAL TRAINER STUDIO

Our facility caters for those women who want privacy and comfort while exercising. Many people prefer to work-out privately, so we at The Female Personal Trainer have designed a gym so women can enjoy their workouts in a private setting. Our personal trainers can also be booked for one-on-one sessions, which is an added bonus! Certain women who work out in our facility find it comfortable to remove their hijab while they exercise here. The privacy helps them feel free when they are exercising. We are confident that we deliver the best service for ladies’ fitness in town.

Coming to the 6 week challenge has been a great experience. I would recommend it to everyone. I have not only had a great time working out but also learnt so much on how to live a healthier life. The 6 week challenge has done so much for me from making me feel stronger to making me feel happier too. The atmosphere is great and the trainers are legendary…I can’t wait to start again. Certainly, a gym you would want to join if you want to see quick result. Souad is lovely, welcoming and works with you on your individual target. She also helps you push your limit accordingly. Just in about 6 weeks, I started to feel the difference in my body and measurements showed immense change towards the initiated target. Highly recommend!
