Once you have secured your space you will be invited in to the studio for a 1-1 consultation. We will then discuss your goals and lifestyle filling out a health questionnaire and to see if you are a good fit. You will then be given a start date to begin your fitness journey.
If you want to join our Semi Private Personal Training Sessions you must first decide on the type of membership you want. We have one, two or three sessions for your monthly membership. You can sign up online through our website.

Yes, you can make up your missed sessions before the end of the month. This way you will acheive the desired results.
