COVID-19 UPDATE
Opening on Monday July 27th
Further to the recent government announcement that gyms will be allowed to operate from July 25th The Female Personal Trainer is delighted to announce that our popular boot camps will be begin on Monday July 27th 2020.
If you are ready to change the way that you look and feel whether your goal is weight loss, increasing stamina or getting stronger or all three our boot camps can get you there. You will get results faster and you’ll find a community to support you.
Our classes involve using treadmills and hand weights. In an hour, you will be getting your cardio fix as well as toning your muscles with strength training. The sessions will be three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday with afternoon or evening timeslots to choose from.
The Female Personal Trainer boot camp will run for approximately four weeks but things will be different now and it is important that we maintain social distancing throughout your training. Your temperature will be taken upon entry and anyone with a temperature of over 37.5 at the door will be turned away.
Deep cleaning and regular hand washing
The machines will be wiped down and deep cleaning will be carried out regularly. Hands are to be regularly washed or kept clean with the hand sanitiser provided. If you wish to wear a face mask you may do so and no hugging will be permitted in the studio. You will be asked to sanitize/wash your hands on entry and follow the system of control during your boot camp sessions, these will be outlined to you in more detail by your instructor.
The Boot camp slots will be given on a first come first serve basis and no slots can be reserved unless paid in full.
