DREAMY SNICKERS PROTEIN NICECREAM

If you guys want a healthier option to ice cream that tastes incredible then definitely give this a try.

Smoothie bowls are actually a really good excuse to have pudding for breakfast

Or lunch,

Or supper,

Or anytime time of the day. Or night.

(vegan, oil-free, gluten free) Thick, creamy, snickery goodness.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen ripe bananas
  • One large scoop of protein powder vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1/3 of a cup of milk

(Optional liquid sweetener to taste such as honey or maple syrup)

METHOD

  1. Add the non-dairy milk to your high speed blender. Then add all the other ingredients.
  2. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy
  3. Transfer the nicecream to a bowl and decorate with toppings of your choice. My topping were peanut butter, peanuts, salted caramel, and 60% chocolate and frozen raspberries.
