Prices can be found under memberships. You can pay weekly or monthly.
Our morning sessions will run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am.
Our facility caters for those women who want privacy and comfort while exercising. Female Personal Trainer is a more personal experience, we understand what women want and give them that personal touch. We’re here to Empower Women, bring out their strengths, absorb self-love and most importantly the art of learning to take care of themselves through wellness and fitness!
