GYM MEMBERSHIPS

You are able to choose how you pay for your membership with us. A ​monthly direct debit can be set up with your bank. The payment will come​ out of your bank on the same day of each month. Alternatively, ​you can pay for 12 months in advance. All members whether paying ​annually or by monthly direct debit, will pay a joining fee.

If a direct debit is returned by your bank unpaid, we have the right
under BACS regulations to re-present a request for this payment at any
point without notice but within one month of the original charge.

PERSONAL TRAINING AND ONLINE COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainers are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. If you have any questions about your Personal Training Client Agreement or Coaching, or any concerns regarding Personal Training or Coaching, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PACK PAYMENT

  • If you pay for your Personal Training or buy purchasing Personal Training packages, payment must be made online, in advance of any Personal Training sessions taking place.
  • All Personal Training packages need to be fully used within 90 days of purchase after which any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
  • Personal Training packages need to be completed within 90 days of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you need to cancel a session that you have booked, you must give us 24 hours cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session rate.

REFUNDS

  • We have a no refund policy here at Female Personal Trainer.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you’re late for your session, your session length will be reduced accordingly, and you will be charged at the normal session rate.
  • If you’re more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full session at the normal session rate.

Terms and Conditions – The Female Personal Trainer Studio

  1. Introduction

Welcome to The Female Personal Trainer Boutique Fitness Studio (“Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging in our fitness training services, you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in any training sessions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Booking and Attendance

2.1. Booking Sessions: Sessions can be booked through our designated mobile app or website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. In the event of a late arrival, the session duration will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellations: Clients must provide notice of cancellation through the mobile app or website at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the session credit.

3.2. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a session, you must do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3.3. No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session credit will be forfeited.

  1. Health and Fitness

4.1. Health Assessment: Clients are required to complete a health assessment questionnaire before participating in any training sessions. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your health and medical history.

4.2. Medical Clearance: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before engaging in our fitness training services.

  1. Liability and Waiver

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Participating in physical activities involves inherent risks. By engaging in our training sessions, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical exertion and training.

5.2. Release of Liability: You release The Female Personal Trainer Boutique Fitness Studio and its trainers from any liability for injuries or damages that may result from participating in our sessions.

  1. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by the Studio remain the exclusive property of the Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such materials without our prior written consent.

  1. Privacy and Data

7.1. Data Usage: We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Modifications and Amendments

8.1. Changes to Terms: The Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
